Description
Inside this module:
Narrative is one of the most underleveraged commercial tools in business practice — used instinctively by some organizations and ignored entirely by others. This module covers how to construct a business narrative deliberately: not marketing copy, but the coherent story that explains what an organization does, why it matters, and where it is going in a way that lands differently with different audiences.
You’ll develop:
– Narrative architecture: the structural components of a business story and how each functions for internal alignment versus external communication
– Audience-specific framing: adapting the same core narrative for clients, partners, staff, and investors without losing coherence across versions
– Narrative consistency audit: identifying where an organization’s stated story and its actual behavior diverge — and what that gap costs commercially
Duration: +/- 4 hours
What changes in practice:
A more deliberate approach to how a business presents itself — producing communication that is consistent, strategically framed, and built around the specific understanding you need different audiences to develop.
